Classification of PVC Pipe: UPVC (Unplasticized PVC) Pipe and SPVC (Soft PVC) Pipe

UPVC pipe can be produced by extrusion technology with PVC granules which is blended from PVC Resin, PVC Stabilizer, PVC lubricant, etc. It can also be produced by extrusion technology with PVC compound powder. UPVC pipe is mainly used to deliver all kinds of fluids and used as cable casing tube due to its excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation. UPVC pipe can be easily cut, welded, spliced and bent after being heated.

SPVC pipe pipe can be produced by extrusion technology with PVC granules which is blended from PVC Resin, much plasticizer and a certain amount of PVC Stabilizer. SPVC pipe has excellent chemical stability, electric insulation, flexibility and coloring properties. This type of pipe is usually used to replace rubber tube for the delivery of fluids and corrosive medium and also can be used as cable casing tube and cable insulating tube.
